With TMA iServiceDesk, you can

  • request service
  • track the service request or work order
  • provide feedback on the services rendered
When is iServiceDesk down? iServideDesk operates 24/7 except for system maintenance 8:00 p.m to 8:30 p.m. nightly. If iServideDesk is down at other times, please notify Building Services at 520-7600.
When will my request be processed? Requests are processed during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you have an urgent or emergency request, please call Building Services at 520-7600.
How do I know my request was received? You will receive an e-mail when your request is accepted, when the status changes, and when it is completed.
Can you repair my computer connection? No, please contact the Help Desk at 520-7446 or 520-7449 for requests pertaining to computer networks and telephones. Please contact Auxillary Services for requests pertaining to vending machines, laundry machines, or copy machines.
I get a "page not found" error when I try to enter a request. What should I do? Click the Back button on your browser once or twice if necessary. If you still have problems, please call Building Services at 520-7600 or send an e-mail to bferroui@xula.edu
